The Bank makes transfers of funds in US dollars without opening a bank account, on the instruction of an individual, to the benefit of the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Embassy), to the Embassy’s account, when an individual pays for the Embassy’s consular services (fees), by accepting cash and payment instructions from individual payers.

CASH SERVICING SCHEDULE FOR INDIVIDUALS AT THE BANK CASH DESK

MONDAY - THURSDAY - from 09:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
FRIDAY - from 09:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
DAYS BEFORE HOLIDAYS - from 09:30 a.m. to one (1) hour before the end of the business day established by the Bank Order.

WORK SCHEDULE OF INDIVIDUAL SAFE BOXES

MONDAY - THURSDAY - from 09:30 a.m. to 05:30 p.m.
FRIDAY - from 09:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
DAYS BEFORE HOLIDAYS - from 09:30 a.m. o one (1) hour before the end of the business day established by the Bank Order.

The Bank has access control in place. You need to have a pass card issued by the Access Control Office upon presentation of your ID card to visit the Bank.
