Interest rates on accounts of the clients (legal entities and individuals) are established by the branches independently taking into account the evolution of the local markets.

CASH SERVICING SCHEDULE FOR INDIVIDUALS AT THE BANK CASH DESK

MONDAY - THURSDAY - from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
FRIDAY - from 10:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.

DAYS BEFORE HOLIDAYS - from 10:00 a.m. to one (1) hour before the end of the business day established by the Bank Order.

WORK SCHEDULE OF INDIVIDUAL SAFE BOXES

MONDAY - THURSDAY - from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
FRIDAY - from 10:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

DAYS BEFORE HOLIDAYS - from 10:00 a.m. to 30 MINUTES before the end of the business day established by the Bank Order.

The Bank has access control in place. You need to have a pass card issued by the Access Control Office upon presentation of your ID card to visit the Bank.
