Evrofinance Mosnarbank starts trial operation of WSS Docs, electronic document management system

    Evrofinance Mosnarbank has started trial operation of WSS Docs, an electronic document management system built on Microsoft Sharepoint Server 2013 platform.

    The system is being deployed in close cooperation with the developer, WSS-Consulting. Highly sophisticated out-of-the-box solution by WSS-Consulting, used as the basis for the electronic document management system, along with thoroughly considered ergonomics of the key processes, have lowered the cost of pre-project studies and sped up deployment.

    WSS Docs is used in the Bank’s key processes involving paperwork – from registering incoming correspondence, collaborating on and approving the Bank’s internal regulatory documents, setting and meeting the goals, negotiating draft agreements, etc. With comprehensive functionality and intuitive interface, the system comes in handy in reducing the document approval and decision-making times, visualizing the connections between various documents and associated decisions, controlling the entire lifecycle of every document, minimizing the risks of delays in handling paperwork and strengthening control over implementation practices.

    The Bank plans to expand WSS Docs usage to most business processes requiring work with the Banks’s internal documents and providing branch offices access to the electronic document management system.

    The next step in the development of collaboration tools is the implementation of the Bank’s corporate portal, also built by WSS Consulting on the Microsoft Sharepoint Server 2013 platform. WSS Portal solution provides the Bank’s employees with a single point of contact for most information resources, expanding collaboration opportunities, increasing transparency of the Bank’s operations and enabling a platform for successful joint work.
