13 April 2015

    RUR 5 billion bonds series БО-09 were placed by the bank Zenith with demand exceeding the offer more than twice. The placement was carried out on 9 April 2015 through an open subscription on MICEX.

    Bonds were placed with a maturity of 3640 days and with 20 semi-annual coupons. The offer execution is planned for 11 April 2016.

    Rosselkhozbank, RGS Bank and Globexbank acted as joint lead managers of this bond issue.

    Transfingroup Management Company became the issue’s underwriter, and, besides Evrofinance Mosnarbank, a number of financial institutions acted as co/underwriters, among them Promsvyazbank, Expobank, Vyatka-bank, etc.
